摘 要:为进一步促进赛艇运动训练监控的发展,并为竞技赛艇运动科学化训练提供保障,该文对赛艇运动训练的监控研究现状进行总结和梳理,从赛艇运动训练监控指标、赛艇运动员运动训练监控方法、赛艇运动员身体机能的监测、赛艇运动员运动训练监测指标之间的关系4个方面对当前赛艇运动训练监控研究现状进行了分析。研究得出,近些年来,我国学者从各个方面对赛艇运动监控开展了大量研究,建立了赛艇运动训练监测指标体系,明确了各指标监测的科学方法,完善了赛艇运动身体机能监测方法,摸索了多指标联合监测机制,但总体而言,由于起步较晚,我国赛艇运动训练监控研究的系统性还有待进一步增强。In order to further promote the development of rowing training monitoring and provide guarantee for scientific training of competitive rowing,this paper summarizes and combs the research status of rowing training monitoring.This paper analyzes the current research status of rowing training monitoring from four aspects:rowing training monitoring indicators,rowing athletes'training monitoring methods,rowing athletes'physical function monitoring,and the relationship between rowing athletes'training monitoring indicators.The research found that in recent years,Chinese scholars have carried out a lot of research on rowing monitoring from various aspects,established a rowing training monitoring index system,defined the scientific methods for monitoring each index,improved the rowing body function monitoring methods,and explored the multi index joint monitoring mechanism.However,in general,due to the late start,the systematization of China's rowing training monitoring research needs to be further strengthened.
