摘　　要：目的 探讨双柏散外敷、TDP治疗仪联合常规治疗对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎患者的临床疗效。方法 70例患者随机对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组采用常规治疗(头孢克肟、利巴韦林),观察组在对照组基础上加用双柏散外敷、TDP治疗仪,疗程1周。检测临床疗效、中医证候评分、症状缓解时间、临床指标(白细胞、CRP、PCT)、腹膜后淋巴结横纵径、免疫功能指标(IgA、IgM、IgG)、腹痛复发率变化。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),症状缓解时间更短(P<0.05),腹痛复发率更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候评分、临床指标低于对照组(P<0.05),腹膜后淋巴结横纵径更短(P<0.05),免疫功能指标更高(P<0.05)。结论 双柏散外敷、TDP治疗仪联合常规治疗能改善小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎患者临床症状,降低腹痛复发率。AIM To explore the clinical effects of external application of Shuangbai Powder and TDP therapeutic apparatus combined with conventional treatment on pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis.METHODS Seventy patients were randomly assigned into control group(35 cases) for one-week intervention of conventional treatment(cefixime, ribavirin), and observation group(35 cases) for one-week intervention of external application of Shuangbai Powder, TDP therapeutic apparatus and conventional treatment. The changes in clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome score, time for symptom relief, clinical indices(white blood cells, CRP, PCT), lateral and vertical diameters of retroperitoneal lymph nodes, immune function indices(IgA, IgM, IgG) and recurrence rate of abdominal pain were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05), along with shorter time for symptom relief(P<0.05) and lower recurrence rate of abdominal pain(P<0.05). After the treatment, the observation group displayed lower TCM syndrome score and clinical indices than the control group(P<0.05), together with shorter lateral and vertical diameters of retroperitoneal lymph nodes(P<0.05) and higher immune function indices.CONCLUSION For the patients with pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis, external application of Shuangbai Powder and TDP therapeutic apparatus combined with conventional treatment can improve clinical symptoms and decrease recurrence rate of abdominal pain.
