摘  要:目的 研究水葱Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani(Gmel.) Palla根茎化学成分。方法 采用硅胶、聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得的化合物的结构。结果 从中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为苯并[f][1,3]噁嗪-2(3H)-酮(1)、琥珀酸(2)、富马酸(3)、甘油(4)、乙基葡萄糖苷(5)、白桦脂醇(6)、桦木酸(7)、吲唑(8)、3-羟基乙酰基吲哚(9)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,化合物8~9为首次从莎草科植物中分离得到,化合物2~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from the rhizomes of Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani(Gmel.) Palla.METHODS The extract from S. tabernaemontani was isolated and purified by silica gel, polyamide and Sephadex LH-20, then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as benzo[f][1,3]oxazepin-2(3H)-one(1), succinic acid(2), fumaric acid(3), glycerol(4), ethyl glucoside(5), betulin(6), betulinic acid(7), 1H-indazole(8), 3-(hydroxyacetyl)indole(9).CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new compound. Compounds 8-9 are isolated from the family Cyperaceae for the first time. Compounds 2-7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
