摘　　要：黑腐病是危害甘蓝生产的主要细菌性病害。为加快抗病育种进程,2020—2021年在内蒙古乌兰察布市对55份甘蓝种质资源进行黑腐病田间抗性鉴定、筛选。根据参试材料的发病情况制定了一套适合结球期甘蓝黑腐病田间鉴定的病害分级标准,同时筛选出8份抗黑腐病材料(病情指数<30),其中包括2份高抗材料05-574和20-2-5。该标准的制定和抗源材料的获得为加速甘蓝抗黑腐病育种提供了参考。Black rot is the main bacterial disease affecting cabbage production.To accelerate breeding process for resistance to black rot,55 cabbage accessions were screened for black rot resistance in the field between 2020 and 2021 in Ulanqab,Inner Mongolia,China.As a result,a set of black rot disease grading standard suitable for field identification was developed,and 8 black rot resistant accessions(DI<30)were screened,including 2 highly resistant accessions‘05-574’and‘20-2-5’.The establishment of this standard and the availability of resistant accessions provide a reference for accelerating the breeding of black rot resistance in cabbage.
