摘　　要：基于社会心理学的理论视角,采取质性研究方法,重点分析新冠肺炎疫情中“键盘侠”网络偏差行为产生的虚拟社会情境因素、群体因素、个体内在心理因素,探讨社会、群体和个体三个层面的导控策略:政府实施情感治理,善用话语平台,达成价值共识;“意见领袖”理性引导,利用“侠”之初心,弘扬正义之举;个体在网络中健全人格,完成“身份工程”,打造“可能自我”。Based on the theoretical perspective of social psychology and qualitative research method,this paper mainly analyzes the network virtual social situation,group factors and individual internal psychological factors that lead to the online deviant behaviors of“keyboard men”in the COVID-19 epidemic.It also puts forward guiding and controlling strategies from three aspects of society,group and individual.The government implements emotional governance,makes good use of discourse platform and reaches value consensus.“Opinion leaders”give rational guidance,use the original intention of the“swordsman”,and promote justice acts.In the network,individuals can develop their personality,complete their“identity project”and build their“possible self”.
