摘 要:为研究共用既有地铁车站地下连续墙基坑开挖过程中支撑轴力的变化情况,以苏州某车站工程为背景,结合有限元模拟,分析支撑轴力的变化趋势。结果表明,混凝土斜撑前期轴力变化趋势与直撑相同,中板达到一定强度后,因拐角效应受力逐步减小。同时拆除2道支撑造成上部支撑轴力迅速增大,应避免轴力突增产生不利影响。混凝土直撑在部分工况下受拉,可通过改变支撑间距、增设支撑、合理开挖避免混凝土支撑受拉。基坑模型能反映支撑轴力变化的一般规律。In order to study the change of the supporting axial force during the diaphragm wall foundation excavation of the shared existing subway station,taking a station project in Suzhou as the background,combined with the finite element simulation,the change trend of the supporting axial force was analyzed.The results show that the change trend of the concrete diagonal brace axial force in the early stage is the same as that of the straight brace.After the middle plate reaches a certain strength,the stress gradually decreases due to the corner effect.The removal of the two supports at the same time will cause the upper supporting axial force to increase rapidly,and the adverse effects of the sudden increase of the axial force should be avoided.Concrete straight supports are under tension under some working conditions,and the tension of concrete supports can be avoided by changing the spacing between supports,adding supports,and excavating reasonably.The foundation excavation model can reflect the general law of supporting axial force changes.
