摘  要:目前,预制混凝土构件价格问题是制约我国装配式建筑发展的主要因素之一,为进一步降低预制混凝土构件(PC构件)加工成本,结合PC构件安装施工难点及常用灌浆套筒不足之处,对套筒材质、构造及加工工艺进行优化,设计新型锻压式半灌浆和全灌浆套筒,并通过单向拉伸试验对接头承载力、最大总伸长率、残余变形等参数进行分析。研究结果表明,套筒结构合理,与灌浆料贴合紧密,便于预制构件中套筒与下部钢筋的对接;接头试件参数满足相关规范要求。Previously,the price of precast concrete components is one of the main factors restricting the development of prefabricated buildings in China.In order to further reduce the processing cost of precast concrete components(PC components),this paper combines the installation and construction difficulties of PC components and the shortcomings of commonly used grouting sleeves,optimizes the sleeve material,structure and processing technology,and designs new forging semi⁃grouting and full grouting sleeve.And through unidirectional tensile test to analyze the joint bearing capacity,maximum total elongation,residual deformation and other parameters.The results show that the sleeve has a reasonable structure and closely adheres to the grouting material,which facilitates the butt joint between the sleeve and the lower reinforcement in the prefabricated component,and the parameters of joint specimen meet the requirements of relevant specifications.
