摘 要:为研究FCC废催化剂加入沥青后,整个混合体系的相态变化情况,选择2种FCC废催化剂与沥青形成混合体系,并从热学角度和动态力学角度分析其相态变化行为。试验结果表明,随着FCC废催化剂掺量的提高,沥青混合料的低温性能先提高后降低;材料的储能模量和损耗模量随温度的升高而降低,且相比于储能模量,损耗模量对相分离表现更不敏感。温度<55℃时,混合体系的黏性成分随温度升高而增加,此时混合体系属于均相聚合物,无相态分离现象发生。In order to study the phase change of the whole mixture system after FCC waste catalyst was added to asphalt,two kinds of FCC waste catalysts were selected to form the mixture system with asphalt,and it’s phase change behavior of FCC waste catalyst was analyzed from the thermal and dynamic mechanical perspectives.The results shows that with the increase of FCC waste catalyst content,the low⁃temperature performance of asphalt mixture increased first and then decreased.The storage modulus and loss modulus of the material decreased with the increase of temperature,and the loss modulus was less sensitive to phase separation than the storage modulus.When the temperature was lower than 55℃,the viscous component of the mixture system increased with the increase of temperature.In this case,the mixture system belonged to homogeneous polymer,and no phase separation occurred.
