摘　　要：东安湖体育馆项目为大跨度钢结构,采用累积滑移施工工艺,实时监测其滑移及卸载过程,通过监测点应力和位移变化随时调整施工,保证项目整体顺利完成。通过对比分析有限元计算结果和工程实测应力可知,理论值受支座约束影响,实测值受焊接应力和安装偏差影响,二者相对偏差值主要体现在焊接应力的影响。通过分析监测数据得到该工程滑移过程中的应力变化特点。The Dong’an Lake Gymnasium project is a large⁃span steel structure,which adopts the cumulative sliding construction technology,and its sliding and unloading process are monitored.Through the change of stress and displacement of monitoring points,the construction can be adjusted at any time to ensure the smooth completion of the project.By comparing and analyzing the finite element calculation results and the engineering measured stress,it can be seen that the theoretical value is affected by the support constraints,and the measured value is affected by the welding stress and installation deviation.The relative deviation value of the two is mainly reflected in the influence of the welding stress.The analysis of monitoring data reflects the stress change characteristics in the process of sliding,and provides reference for the arrangement of monitoring points in this kind of project.By analyzing the monitoring data,the characteristics of stress change during the sliding process of the project are obtained.
