摘  要:某高层住宅地上主体结构验收时,在分户墙上出现左右对称的连续贯通竖向裂缝。通过现场调查、结构受力分析等对裂缝成因进行分析,结果表明,裂缝是温度应力或强约束与温度应力共同作用的结果,为非结构性变形裂缝。从设计构造、原材料、施工方面提出裂缝防治措施,包括洞口连梁端增加交叉斜向钢筋、合理设置混凝土墙体实际长度、严格控制原材料质量及混凝土配合比、加强振捣管理、延迟拆模时间、加强混凝土养护等。During the acceptance of the above ground main structure of a high-rise residence,there were left-right symmetrical continuous through vertical cracks on the household wall.Through field investigation and structural stress analysis,the cause of the crack is analyzed.The results show that the crack is the result of temperature stress or the joint action of strong constraint and temperature stress,which is a non structural deformation crack.This paper put forward crack prevention measures from the aspects of design structure,raw materials and construction,including increasing cross diagonal reinforcement at the lintel end of the portal,reasonably setting the actual length of the concrete wall,strictly controlling the quality of raw materials and concrete mix proportion,strengthening vibration management,delaying formwork removal time,strengthening concrete maintenance,etc.
