摘  要:将陶瓷纤维以层布式方式布置于混凝土中,制成层布式陶瓷纤维混凝土试件。对试件破坏形态及陶瓷纤维体积掺量与层数对试件抗弯冲击性能的影响进行分析,对陶瓷纤维增强机理进行研究,并对陶瓷纤维混凝土、玄武岩纤维混凝土及钢纤维混凝土成本进行对比分析。研究结果表明,陶瓷纤维最优体积掺量为0.2%,陶瓷纤维最优布设层数为2层;当陶瓷纤维体积掺量固定时,陶瓷纤维层数越多,试件抗弯冲击性能提升效果越好,初裂冲击次数、破坏冲击次数及二者差值越大;当陶瓷纤维层数固定时,随着陶瓷纤维体积掺量的增加,试件抗弯冲击耗能呈先增大后减小的趋势,初裂冲击次数、破坏冲击次数及二者差值呈先增大后减小的趋势。The laminated ceramic fiber concrete specimens are made,which placed the ceramic fiber in the concrete with the laminated form.In order to analyse the influence on flexural impact properties of specimen failure mode,volume content and layers of ceramic fiber,to study the mechanism of ceramic fiber reinforcement,and to compare and analyse the costs of ceramic fiber concrete,basalt fiber concrete and steel fiber concrete.The research results show that the optimal volume content of ceramic fiber is 0.2%,and the optimal number of layers of ceramic fiber is 2.When the volume content of ceramic fiber is fixed,with the increase of the layers of ceramic fiber,the flexural impact properties of the specimen are better,and the initial crack impact times,failure impact times and the difference between them are greater.When the number of ceramic fiber layers is fixed,with the increase of the volume content of ceramic fiber,the flexural impact energy consumption of the specimen increases first and then decreases,and the initial crack impact times,failure impact times and the difference between them increase first and then decrease.
