摘 要:大型立式塔器塔顶附管由于形状不规则,主吊耳通常采用多点式,吊装时通过辅助机械和吊索具进行翻身及对口调整,施工成本高、效率低且安全风险大,需研究新型吊装技术。某大型石化工程急冷油塔塔顶附管具有直径大、质量大的特点,设计单吊耳吊装技术,采用单点式主吊耳和单点式溜尾吊耳进行吊装,可使附管起吊后绕纵轴线处于自然水平状态,立直后直管段处于自然垂直状态,安全高效完成吊装作业。Due to the irregular shape of the attachment pipe on the top of the large vertical tower,the main hanging lug is usually multi-point.During hoisting,the auxiliary machinery and hangers are used to turn over and adjust the corresponding port.The construction cost is high,the efficiency is low and the safety risk is large.It is necessary to study new hoisting technology.The attachment pipe on the top of the quenching oil column in a large petrochemical project has the characteristics of large diameter and large quality.The single hanging lug hoisting technology is designed,the single point main hanging lug and the single point tailing lug are used for hoisting.It enables the longitudinal axis of the attachment pipe to be in a natural horizontal state after hoisting,and the straight pipe section to be in a natural vertical state after erecting,so as to complete the hoisting operation safely and efficiently.
