摘 要:为评估Q460高强钢高强度螺栓受剪连接高温浸水冷却后的力学性能,对试件加热至目标温度且恒温20min后再放入水池冷却,通过拉伸试验获得试件荷载-位移曲线、极限荷载和极限位移,研究加热温度对受剪连接试件受力性能的影响。结果表明:不同加热温度对试件表观特征和在拉伸试验过程中的试验现象等有不同影响,所有试件破坏形态均为芯板净截面拉断。加热温度<500℃时,试件极限荷载和拉伸刚度较常温试件略有上升;随着加热温度的升高,试件极限荷载较常温试件略有下降,拉伸刚度与常温试件基本一致;当加热温度为800,900℃时,试件极限荷载和拉伸刚度较常温试件略有上升。加热温度为300,400℃的试件极限位移小于常温试件,其他加热温度下的试件极限位移均大于常温试件。In order to evaluate the mechanical properties of Q460 high strength steel high strength bolt shear connection after high-temperature immersion cooling,the specimen was heated to the target temperature for 20 min and then put into the pool for cooling.The load-displacement curve,limit load and limit displacement of the specimen were obtained through the tensile test,and the effect of heating temperature on the mechanical properties of the shear connection specimen was studied.The results show that different heating temperatures have different effects on the apparent characteristics of the specimens and the test phenomena during the tensile test.The failure mode of all specimens is the net cross-section tensile fracture of the core plate.When the heating temperature is<500℃,the limit load and tensile stiffness of the specimen are slightly higher than that of the normal temperature specimen.With the increase of heating temperature,the limit load of the specimen is slightly lower than that of the normal temperature specimen,and the tensile stiffness of the specimen is basically the same as that of the normal temperature specimen.When the heating temperature is 800,900℃,the limit load and tensile stiffness of the specimen are slightly higher than that of the normal temperature specimen.The limit displacement of the specimen with heating temperature of 300,400℃is less than that of the specimen with normal temperature,and the limit displacement of the specimen with other heating temperatures is greater than that of the specimen with normal temperature.
