摘 要:由于钢材的受拉性能较好,在有Z字形踏步钢板侧向约束的情况下,采用钢板作为钢楼梯的斜梯梁在工程中有一定的应用。对钢板斜梯梁设计时的计算假定做了简要分析,给出了其在自身平面外惯性矩较小情况下能够作为斜梯梁的理论依据;然后通过数值模拟方法研究了梯段宽度变化时钢楼梯踏步在竖向荷载下的变形规律,用以指导设计计算,同时探究在踏步下方增设纵向肋条这一构造措施对改善踏步变形的作用;最后通过简单示例总结了钢楼梯平台板的计算过程。Steel structure staircase with steel plate as the oblique beam is widely used because of good tensile performance of steel and the lateral restraint of oblique beam with Z-shaped step.In this study,based on the analyses of the assumption in the calculation of the steel plate oblique beam design,the theoretical basis of the oblique beam with little out-of-plane moment of inertia was suggested.Then,the deformation rule of the steel step varying with the width of the staircase was investigated through numerical simulation method,to guide the design and calculation.Furthermore,we also explored the role of setting longitudinal rib under the steel step in improving step deformation.Finally,the process of calculating stair landing of structure staircase was summarized and showed with a simple calculation.
