摘 要:利用沙漠砂代替河砂配制混凝土,不仅可直接降低混凝土的材料成本,而且有极其重要的生态效益。利用电通量法和RCM法,分别评价了单掺沙漠砂、单掺粉煤灰、复掺沙漠砂和粉煤灰混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能。单掺沙漠砂混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能随着沙漠砂替代率的增加呈现出先增强后减弱的变化趋势;单掺粉煤灰混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能基本上随着粉煤灰掺量的增加而持续增强;复掺粉煤灰和沙漠砂混凝土的电通量与氯离子迁移系数同样随着沙漠砂替代率的增加呈先减小后增大的趋势,而随着粉煤灰掺量的增加而不断减小。当沙漠砂替代率为60%,粉煤灰掺量为30%时,混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能达到最优。Using fine desert sand instead of river sand to prepare concrete can not only directly reduce the material cost of concrete,but also have extremely important ecological benefits.By means of electric flux method and RCM method,the chloride penetration resistance of concretes containing fine desert sand and fly ash were evaluated,respectively.The chloride penetration resistance of desert sand concrete increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of desert sand replacement rate.The chloride penetration resistance of concrete containing fly ash increases continuously.The electric flux and chloride ion migration coefficient of fly ash-desert sand concrete also decrease first and then increase with the increase of desert sand replacement rate,while decrease continuously with the increase of fly ash dosage.When the replacement rate of fine desert sand was 60%and the dosage of fly ash was 30%,the chloride penetration resistance of concrete reaches the best.
