摘　　要：泡沫剂是盾构渣土改良中的重要材料,但目前无统一的泡沫剂产品标准及试验方法,通过不同规程中质量控制标准及试验方法的对比,合理选定了泡沫剂制泡方法、质量评价方法,提出了泡沫综合质量指标概念,并通过多种材料的复配适应性试验,以阴离子表面活性剂为主要组分,遴选出了配伍性好的非离子表面活性剂作为泡沫稳定组分,制备了性能优异的泡沫剂产品。经原地层取样土的试验表明,高稳定性泡沫剂适用于多种地层的渣土改良,特别是低黏土含量地层,对于黏粒含量较高的地层,高发泡力泡沫剂低稳定性泡沫剂亦可适用。Foaming agent is an important material in the soil improvement of shield tunneling,but there is no uniform foam product standard and test method.In this paper,the quality control standards and test methods in different regulations are compared,the foaming method and quality evaluation method of foaming agent were selected reasonably,the concept of foam comprehensive quality index is put forward,using anionic surfactants were selected as the main components,and nonionic surfactants with good compatibility were selected as foam stability components through a variety of composite materials adaptability test,a kind of foam products with excellent properties was prepared.The test of soil samples from the original stratum shows that the high stability foaming agent is suitable for the soil improvement of various stratums,especially in the low clay content stratum,for the stratum with high clay content,foaming agent with high foaming power and low stability can also be applied.
