摘 要:GB/T 51129—2017装配式建筑评价标准规定管线分离比例在50%~70%之间时,可获得4分~6分的评价得分,并提供了管线分离比例计算公式,但由于对管线分离比例的分析不足,现行装配式建筑中较少获得此项分值。通过BIM技术,对装配式建筑中的各电气、给排水、暖通等机电专业管线进行建模和分析,并按GB/T 51129—2017装配式建筑评价标准中管线分离比例进行计算,进而提供一种适用范围更广、经济性更好的装配式建筑技术措施的思路,供装配式建筑设计参考。The national standard Evaluation Standard for Prefabricated Buildings(GB/T 51129-2017) stipulates that when the pipeline separation ratio is between 50% and 70%, an evaluation score of 4~6 points can be obtained, and the calculation formula of pipeline separation ratio is provided. However, due to insufficient analysis of pipeline separation ratio, this score is rarely obtained in existing prefabricated buildings. Through BIM technology, the modeling and analysis of electrical, water supply and drainage, HVAC and other mechanical and electrical professional pipelines in assembled buildings are carried out, and the pipeline separation ratio is calculated according to the Evaluation Standard for Prefabricated Buildings(GB/T 51129-2017), so as to provide an idea of technical measures for assembled buildings with a wider scope of application and better economy.
