摘 要:以新加坡地铁C850E轨道系统设计项目为背景,基于欧洲规范开展了适用于整体道床地段的预应力混凝土长轨枕的设计技术及应用研究。详细介绍了轨枕设计与检算方法,包括轨枕结构外形尺寸及接口设计、主要建筑材料、预应力钢筋及布置方案、轨下和枕中截面弯矩计算,轨枕承载力检算等。计算结果表明,轨枕的承载力大于荷载弯矩,预应力荷载和列车荷载下轨枕的应力小于其容许应力,轨枕设计满足欧洲规范和新加坡国内技术标准要求。基于设计成果,开展了静载试验和疲劳试验研究,试验结果满足设计各项技术要求,该轨枕目前在新加坡地铁C850E项目进行了工程应用。Based on Singapore C850E Project on Trackwork System Design,a study on design technology and application of prestressed concrete long sleeper for ballastless track was carried out according to European Standard.The design and calculation methods of sleeper are introduced in detail,including sleeper structure shape and size,interface design,main construction materials,prestressed rebar and layout plan,calculations of bending moment of sections both under rail and at middle of sleeper,checking calculation of sleeper bearing capacity and all.The calculation results show that the bearing bending moment of sleeper is larger than the load bending moment,the stress of sleepers under prestressing load and train load is less than the allowable stress,the sleeper design meets the requirements of European codes and Singapore standards.Based on the design results,the static load test and fatigue test are carried out,and the test results meet the technical requirements of the design,the sleeper is currently used on Singapore C850E project.
