摘 要:为解决干清牛粪的污染问题,针对干清牛粪进行半干式沼气发酵,通过对不同工艺参数的优化,以此确定适合干清牛粪的半干式沼气发酵工艺。对发酵系统的发酵温度、接种物比例、搅拌方式等进行了研究,结果表明:在温度与接种物比例试验中,发酵温度为中温35℃,接种比例为30%时,干清牛粪的厌氧产气情况较好,200 g牛粪的累积产气量可达4901.9 mL;在控制不同搅拌参数试验中,当搅拌周期4 h,搅拌强度为10 r·min^(-1),搅拌时长为2 min的条件下,干清牛粪半干式沼气发酵具有较高的产气效率。研究表明,干清牛粪半干式沼气发酵可维持较高的产气情况与较好的干清牛粪降解情况,对干清牛粪的资源化利用有很好的指导意义,并对指导工程实践也具有重要意义。In order to solve the pollution problem of fresh cow dung,the semi-dry anaerobic fermentation of fresh cow dung was carried out.Through the optimization of different process parameters,the semi-dry anaerobic fermentation process suitable for fresh cow dung was determined.Different experiment condition such as fermentation temperature,inoculum ratioand stirring method would affect the effect of anaerobic fermentation on biogas production.The results showed that:fermentation temperatureof 35℃ and the inoculation ratio of 30% is suitable for biogas production.The cumulative gas production could reach 4901.9mL when cow dung is 200 g in the experiment of controlling different stirring parameters,when the stirring cycle was 4h,the stirring intensity was 10 r·min^(-1),and the stirring time was 2 min,the semi-dry anaerobic fermentation of fresh cow dung had high gas production efficiency.This studies had shown that semi-dry anaerobic fermentation of dry clear cow dung could maintain a high gas production and degradation of dry clear cow dung,which had a good guiding significance for the resource utilization of dry clear cow dung and guided engineering practice.It is of great significance.
