摘 要:于2020年6—8月对沙湖4个区域的浮游甲壳动物水平分布进行了调查分析,探讨了浮游甲壳动物种类、丰度分布与环境因子的关系。沙湖共记录了浮游甲壳动物7种,其中枝角类5属5种,桡足类2属2种;不同湖区浮游甲壳动物种类组成有差异,象鼻溞、剑水蚤、无节幼体在全湖出现;浮游甲壳动物的平均密度为31.8~73.0个·L^(-1),呈现沉水植物区<沿岸区<敞水区<挺水植物区的变化。分析表明,影响沙湖浮游甲壳动物密度的主要环境因子有叶绿素a浓度、透明度、总磷浓度和总氮浓度,其中叶绿素a浓度、透明度、总氮浓度是引起沙湖浮游甲壳动物群落空间变化的关键因子。The spatial variation of Crustaceans zooplankton in four areas of Shahu Lake from June to August 2020 was analyzed,and the relationship between the species and abundance distribution of Crustaceans zooplankton and environmental factors was discussed.A total of 7 species of Crustaceans zooplankton were recorded in Shahu Lake,including 5 species belonging to 5 genus of clades and 2 species belonging to 2 genera of copepods.There were differences in species composition in different lake areas,such as nose fleas,cyclops and nauplius appeared in the whole lake.There were 31.8~73.0 Crustaceans zooplankton in every litre Shahu Lake,which showed the change of submerged plant area<coastal area<open water area<tappet plant area.The results showed that the main environmental factors affecting the density of Crustaceans zooplankton crustaceans in Shahu Lake were chlorophyll a,transparency,total phosphorus and total nitrogen,and chlorophyll a,transparency and total nitrogen were the key factors causing the spatial change of Crustaceans zooplankton community.
