摘 要:提出了一种基于半模基片集成波导谐振腔的双频带平面天线,可分别在2.4 GHz和5.8 GHz等2个无线通信频段上辐射出周向与端向的方向图。首先对天线谐振腔的结构尺寸进行设计,使其基模工作在2.4 GHz频段,再利用组合缝隙对高次模谐振频率进行调谐,使其在5.8 GHz频段产生辐射。结果表明,当天线工作在2.4 GHz频段,能够产生周向的均匀的辐射,增益为2.2 dB,而工作在5.8 GHz频段时,能够在端向产生宽波束辐射,增益为4.1 dB。谐振腔利用传统探针进行馈电,结构简单易集成,可延展性强,在无线通信系统有较好的应用前景。In this paper,a dual-band planar antenna based on a half-mode substrate integrated waveguide resonator is proposed,which can radiate circumferential and end-directional patterns at wireless communication frequency bands:2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz respectively.Firstly,the size of the resonant cavity is designed,for fundamental mode radiation at the 2.4 GHz band.Then the compound slot is devised to tune the resonant frequency of the high-order mode to produce radiation at 5.8 GHz band.The results show that this antenna can radiate a circumferential beam at 2.4 GHz band,and the gain is around 2.2 dB.When the antenna works at 5.8 GHz band,the radiation pattern is an endfire with wide angle,and the gain is around 4.1 dB.This proposed antenna is fed by a traditional co-axial probe,with simple structure,easy integration and strong ductility,which has a good application prospect in wireless communication system.
