摘　　要：江西是我国重要的稀土产业基地之一。以江西稀土产业技术为研究对象,通过计量分析方法,从专利视角,对专利申请趋势、产业技术构成、核心专利权人、研发热点、技术流向、法律状态等维度研究江西稀土产业技术布局现状。在总结提炼江西稀土产业技术布局特点的基础之上,提出强化优势领域核心能力、加速研究成果转移转化、建设企业为主体的技术创新体系、加速全球技术布局等建议,供有关部门决策参考。Jiangxi is the most important rare earth industrial base of China.In this paper,Jiangxi rare earth industrial technology is chosen as research object.To dispay the overall view of Jiangxi rare earth industrial technology layout,the application trend,technology composition,core patentee,research hotspot,market distribution,legal status have been investigted based on patent analysis.We conclude the current status.For the purpose to provide a reference for a strategic decision making,we put forward the suggestions including strengthen the predominant areas,promotion of achievement transformation,construction of enterprise-oriented technological innovation system,accelerating global patent layout,etc.
