加速康复外科护理在椎管内肿瘤切除术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨加速康复外科护理在椎管内肿瘤切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:将96例椎管内肿瘤切除术患者采用抛硬币法分为常规组和研究组各48例,常规组实施传统围术期护理,研究组在常规组护理基础上实施加速康复外科护理。比较两组术后不同时间疼痛情况、躯体感觉、肌力恢复状况、并发症发生情况。结果:研究组术后12、24、48、72 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于常规组(P<0.01);研究组躯体感觉恢复优良率、肌力恢复好转率高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对椎管内肿瘤切除术患者实施加速康复外科护理,可减轻患者术后疼痛,促进肌力及躯体感觉恢复,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in patients with intraspinal tumor resection.Methods:A total of 96 patients with intraspinal tumor resection were divided by coin throwing into the conventional group and the study group with 48 each.The conventional group implemented the traditional perioperative nursing,while the study group implemented the accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing on the above basis.Comparison was made on the pain,somatosensory,muscle recovery and complications in different postoperative periods between the two groups.Results:At 12 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after operation,the VAS scores were lower in the study group than those in the conventional group(P<0.01).The excellent rate of somatosensory recovery and the muscle recovery rate were higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was lower in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in patients with intraspinal tumor resection can reduce postoperative pain,promote muscle strength and somatosensory recovery,and reduce complications.
