摘  要:本文选取不同种类无机多孔材料,探究多孔材料对全轻混凝土力学性能与导热性能的影响。结果表明:多孔材料的种类与性能对全轻混凝土性能有极大的影响。当粗集料陶粒容重提高,全轻混凝土容重、抗压强度与导热系数均提高。破碎型陶粒由于吸水率高,筒压强度低,导致全轻混凝土的容重、抗压强度与导热系数下降。细集料中陶砂容重的增加提高了全轻混凝土容重、抗压强度与导热系数。漂珠与珍珠岩的掺入提高了全轻混凝土的容重、抗压强度以及导热系数。钛矿渣可替代陶砂作为细集料,并降低全轻混凝土的导热系数。In this paper,different kinds of inorganic porous materials were selected to explore the influence of porous materials on the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of all-light concrete.The results showed that the types and properties of porous materials had great influence on the properties of all-light concrete.With the increase of bulk density of coarse aggregate ceramsite,the bulk density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of all-light concrete all increased.The bulk density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the all-light concrete decreased due to the high water absorption and low pressure strength of the broken ceramsite.The increase of bulk density of ceramsite sand in fine aggregate improved the bulk density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of all-light concrete.The incorporation of beads and perlite improved the bulk density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of all-light concrete.Titanium slag could replace clay sand as fine aggregate and reduced the thermal conductivity of all-light concrete.
