摘　　要：介绍了粉末涂装过程中涂膜表面针孔、缩孔、色差等涂膜弊病的状态及成因。针对不同的缺陷,提出了相应的解决方法和预防措施。同时指出日常管理对涂装质量有着极为重要的作用。The state and causes of paint film defects,such as pinholes,shrinkage and color difference on the surface of the paint film during the powder coating process were introduced.Corresponding solutions and preventive measures were proposed for different defects・At the same time,it was pointed out that daily management plays an extremely important role in coating quality.
