摘　　要：从试样、设备、方法 3个方面,分析彩涂板耐划伤性能检测结果的影响因素。试样方面的影响因素包括涂料类型、基板种类、试样时效性和烘烤温度波动性;设备方面的影响因素包括钢针针头和负重装置;检测方法方面的影响因素包括负重砝码施加方法、涂层碎屑清扫等。分析了上述因素的影响程度,探讨了影响原因,提出了减少影响的建议。The influencing factors of scratch resistance test results of color coated sheeets were analyzed from three aspects of sample,equipment and method.The influencing factors of sample include coating type,substrate type,sample timeliness and baking temperature fluctuation.The influence factors of equipment include steel needles and load devices.The influencing factors of the testing method include the method of loading weight,the cleaning of coating debris and so on.This paper analyzed the influence degree of the above factors,discussed the cause of the influence,and puted forward some suggestions to reduce the influences.
