摘  要:以鱼雷涡轮机减速器中的功率三分支齿轮系统为研究对象,分析了多轴输出条件下系统的静力学和动力学特性。采用广义有限元法,将系统划分为轴段单元、啮合单元和轴承单元,建立了考虑各构件柔性的系统整体动力学模型。分析了不同参数对各齿轮副静态啮合力的影响规律,并计算了系统的动态响应。结果表明:在某支路添加辅机负载后,将导致分流/汇流级的载荷不均;提高两级间连接轴或轴承的刚性,会增加相应支路的啮合力;辅机齿轮安装相位会对各分支的啮合力产生周期性影响。添加辅机输出后,对分流/汇流级各分支的振动有着不同的影响。研究结论将会对多负载的功率分支齿轮系统静力学和动力学设计提供有效参考。Taking the power tri-branching gear system of a torpedo turbine reducer as the object,the static and dynamic characteristics of the system with multiple outputs were analyzed.By using the generalized finite element method,the system was divided into shaft element,meshing element,and bearing element,and then the overall dynamic model of the system considering the flexibility of each component was established.The influence of different parameters on the static meshing force of each gear pair was analyzed,and the dynamic responses of the system were calculated.Results show that when the auxiliary load is added to a branch,the loads of the split/confluence stage will become uneven.Increasing the rigidity of the connecting shafts or bearings between two stages will increase the meshing force of the corresponding branch.The installation phase of the auxiliary gear will have a periodic effect on the meshing force of all branches.After adding the auxiliary output,the vibration of each branch for split and confluence stage is affected differently.The results provide effective references for the static and dynamic design of the multi-load power branching gear system.
