摘　　要：糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病最常见的眼部神经血管并发症,疾病进展将导致视力下降甚至失明,已成为威胁患者生活质量的全球公共卫生问题。控制疾病进展、减轻患者视力残疾带来的家庭和社会负但,仅仅依靠医疗机构的治疗远远不够,还需结合对高危人群的预防、筛查及患者的综合管理。全科医疗作为一种新型、有效的干预模式,对DR患者采取全科医疗团队的管理可以改善其生活方式,提高血糖的达标率,最终达到降低、延缓靶器官的损伤。本文主要就全科医疗模式在DR患者综合管理中的应用进行综述,旨在为改善患者临床结局提供帮助。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is the most common ocular neurovascular complication of diabetes mellitus.The progression of the disease will lead to vision loss and even blindness,which has become a global public health problem that threatens the quality of life of patients.In order to control the progress of the disease and reduce the burden of the family and society caused byvisual disability,it is not enough to rely on the medical treatment only,but also need to combine the prevention,screening and the comprehensive management of the patients.As a new and effective intervention mode,the management of general medical team for DR patients can improve their lifestyle,improve the compliance rate of blood glucose,and ultimately reduce and delay the damage of target organs.This paper reviews the application of general medical model in the comprehensive management of DR patients,aiming to provide help for improving the clinical outcome of patients.
