摘 要:学生体育素养评价体系是学校体育改革领域的重大理论创新。就其内在指向而言,基本命题是如何将理论模型转化为可应用的现实成果。本文主要通过案例分析等方法揭示:在上海市学生体育素养评价体系从理论变为现实过程中,信息技术通过功能架构、融合先进技术解决难点问题等,成为完成转化的重要动力。在制度变迁理论视域下,上海市实际应用案例的启示意义是:对学生体育素养评价体系而言,信息技术不仅具有工具应用价值,更有内化为制度变迁动力的深层价值。学校体育评价制度构建、学校体育改革深化,应更加深刻地把握信息技术作用,更好回应将学生体育素养评价体系纳入重大考试的理论和实践关切。Assessment and Evaluation System of Physical Literacy for Students is a major theoretical innovation in the field of school physical education reform.In terms of its internal orientation,the basic proposition is how to transform the theoretical model into practical results.Through case analysis and other methods,this paper reveals that in the process of translating theory into reality of Assessment and Evaluation System of Physical Literacy for Students in Shanghai,information technology has become an important driving force for the transformation in terms of solving difficult problems,etc.by functional architecture and integration of advanced technology.From the perspective of institutional change theory,the enlightenment of the practical application cases in Shanghai is that for the Assessment and Evaluation System of students’ physical literacy,information technology not only has the value of tool application,but also has the deeper value of internalizing into the driving force of institutional change.The construction of school physical education evaluation system and the deepening of school physical education reform should more deeply grasp the role of information technology and better respond to the theoretical and practical concerns of accelerating the incorporation of Assessment and Evaluation System of Physical Literacy for Students into major examinations.
