摘　　要：体育市场监管体系现代化是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,如何利用数字技术赋能体育市场监管工作已成为政府及体育部门的关注重点。本文在系统梳理我国体育市场监管体系发展历程的基础上,明晰技术赋能体育市场监管主体、结构、流程与数据方面的理论逻辑,发现在技术赋能我国体育市场监管体系过程中意识缺失、制度零散、基建薄弱与人才匮乏的现实困境仍横亘于前。基于此,从纵深推进数字监管意识、凝聚多方资源双管齐下、弥合现有制度缝隙与注重数字运用能力培养4个方面入手,促进技术赋能体育市场监管体系内理念、制度、基建与人才要素紧跟现代化发展步伐,从而加快实现技术赋能我国体育市场监管体系现代化转型发展。The modernization of sports market supervision system is an important part of the modernization of national governance system and governance ability.How to use digital technology to empowering sports market supervision has become the focus of the national government and sports departments.On the basis of systematically combing the development process of China’s sports market supervision system,this paper clarifies the theoretical logic of the subject,structure,process and data of technology empowering sports market supervision,and finds that the practical difficulties such as lack of consciousness,scattered system,weak infrastructure and lack of talents still lie ahead in the process of China’s technology empowering sports market supervision system.Based on this,it is necessary to promote the concept,system,infrastructure and talent elements in the technology empowering sports market supervision system to keep up with the pace of modernization from four aspects of promoting the awareness of digital supervision in depth,condensing multiple resources,bridging the gap between existing systems and paying attention to the cultivation of digital application ability,so as to accelerate the overall modernization and transformation of the technology empowering sports market supervision system in China.
