摘  要:为研究社会经济干旱发生规律以及与气象水文干旱的关系,提出了一种识别社会经济干旱事件的新方法—标准化供需水指数(SSDWI),以鉴江流域为例,利用1960—2016年逐月降水、气温以及径流数据,使用标准化降水蒸散指数(SPEI)和径流干旱指数(SDI)表征气象水文干旱事件,探讨三种干旱之间的响应关系。结果表明:(1)SSDWI能较好地表征社会经济干旱事件,社会经济干旱主要发生在春季和秋季,干旱历时较长;气象干旱与水文干旱主要发生在秋季与冬季,干旱历时较短;(2)水文干旱与社会经济干旱具有紧密的相关性,水文干旱滞后于气象干旱1个月;社会经济干旱滞后于水文干旱1个月,滞后于气象干旱2个月。In order to study the regularity of socioeconomic drought and its relationship with meteorological and hydrological drought,this pa⁃per proposed standardized supply and demand water index(SSDWI)method to identify socioeconomic drought events.Taking Jianjiang River basin as example,SPEI and SDI were adopted to assess meteorological drought and hydrological drought respectively,and the response rela⁃tionship between the three types of droughts were explored based on the monthly precipitation,temperature and streamflow data from 1960 to 2016.The results show that:(1)SSDWI can better identify socioeconomic drought events.Socioeconomic droughts mainly occur in spring and autumn,and the drought lasts longer;meteorological and hydrological droughts mainly occur in autumn and winter,and the drought lasts short⁃er;(2)Hydrological drought is closely related to socioeconomic drought.Hydrological drought lags behind meteorological drought by 1 month,socioeconomic drought lags behind hydrological drought by 1 month,and lags behind meteorological drought by 2 months.
