摘 要:新医改实施以来,党中央和国务院始终要求公立医院要以人民健康为中心,坚持公益性基本属性。众多改革试点公立医院的成功经验证明,提高公立医院内部管理控制能力和精细化运营管理水平,是公立医院提高综合竞争力、保持公益性与可持续发展的重要战略方法。Since the implementation of the new medical reform,the CPC central committee and the state council have always required public hospitals to take people’s health as the core and adhere to their basic attributes of public welfare.The successful experience of many reform pilot public hospitals has proved that improving the internal management and control ability and the refined operation and management level of public hospitals is an important strategic method for public hospitals to improve their comprehensive competitiveness and maintain their public welfare and sustainable development.
