摘　　要：心室重塑是心脏受到损伤后的一种机体适应性反应,是损伤修复和心室整体代偿及继发的病理生理过程。RUNX1作为一种转录因子,在机体的生长发育过程中起到了关键作用,对其研究主要集中在造血、癌症方面。近年来越来越多的研究证实RUNX1在心室重塑中扮演了重要的角色,对心肌细胞、非心肌细胞以及基质细胞蛋白均有不同程度的影响。本文就RUNX1在心室重塑过程中的作用在细胞分子层面作一综述。Ventricular remodeling is an adaptive response to heart injury,which is a pathophysiological process of injury repair,ventricular global compensation and secondary.As a transcription factor,RUNX1 plays a key role in the growth and development of the body,and the research on it is mainly focused on hematopoiesis and cancer.In recent years,more and more studies have confirmed that RUNX1 plays an important role in ventricular remodeling,affecting cardiomyocytes,non-cardiomyocytes and matricellular proteins in varying degrees.This article reviews the role of RUNX1 in ventricular remodeling at the cellular and molecular level.
