摘 要:目的探讨核心素养视域下MDT联合CBL混合教学模式在呼吸与危重症医学科(PCCM)专培学员临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法选择本院2017—2020级PCCM专培学员共16名作为研究对象,将2017—2018级8名PCCM专培学员作为对照组,采用传统教学模式教学;2019—2020级8名PCCM专培学员作为观察组,采用核心素养视域下MDT联合CBL混合教学模式教学。通过1年的培训,对两组各届专培学员的临床实践能力和专业知识进行年度考核,并调查两组专培学员对临床能力的提高和对教学模式的评价。结果观察组专培学员在临床实践能力和专业知识的年度考核各项得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。在人文关怀、医德医风和人际沟通以及科研创新能力的提高方面,观察组得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组在对学习兴趣的提高、理论知识的理解和增加师生交流方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PCCM专培学员采用核心素养视域下MDT联合CBL混合教学模式,按照核心素养的培养目标,不仅培养了其过硬的临床实践能力和专业知识,而且其人文关怀、人际沟通以及科研创新能力也得到明显提高,为临床培养PCCM高级专科医学人才打下坚实的基础,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of MDT combined with CBL mixed teaching mode in the clinical practice teaching of specially trained students in department of pulmonary and critical care medicine(PCCM).Methods The 16 PCCM trainees of grade 2017 to 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the PCCM trainees of grade 2017 and 2018 were selected as the control group,and adopted the traditional teaching mode;The specially trained PCCM trainees of grade 2019 and 2020 were enrolled as the observation group and adopted the mixed teaching mode of MDT and CBL from the perspective of core competence.After one-year training,the clinical practice ability and professional knowledge of the two groups of specially trained students were assessed annually,and the improvement of the clinical ability and the evaluation of the teaching mode of the two groups of specially trained students were investigated.Results The scores of clinical practice ability and professional knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(allP<0.05).In the aspects of humanistic care,medical ethics,interpersonal communication and the improvement of scientific research innovation ability,the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The observation group was also better than the control group in improving learning interest,understanding theoretical knowledge and increasing communication between teachers and students(all P<0.05).Conclusions PCCM students adopt the mixed teaching mode of MDT and CBLfrom the perspective of core literacy.According to the training objectives of core literacy,they not only cultivate their excellent clinical practice ability and professional knowledge,but also significantly improve their humanistic care,interpersonal communication and scientific research innovation ability,which lays a solid foundation for the clinical training of PCCM senior specialized medical talents and i
