垂体后叶素联合西瓜霜喷剂对宫颈LEEP术后创面愈合及止血效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨垂体后叶素联合西瓜霜喷剂对宫颈环形电切除术(LEEP)术后创面愈合及止血效果的影响。方法收集2019年7月~2021年7月行宫颈LEEP术治疗的82例患者,按电脑数字表法随机分作两组,对照组41例术后创面愈合与止血中应用垂体后叶素,观察组41例则予以垂体后叶素联合西瓜霜喷剂,对比两组的创面愈合情况、止血效果、术后并发症及宫颈微环境。结果观察组的创面愈合时间、阴道排液持续时间比对照组短,且阴道排液量比对照组少(P<0.05);观察组的术后阴道出血量比对照组少,阴道出血持续时间也比对照组短(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率是4.88%,比对照组的19.51%低(P<0.05);观察组术后2个月时的干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)水平比对照组高,白细胞介素4(IL-4)比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论垂体后叶素联合西瓜霜喷剂应用于宫颈LEEP术后患者中可缩短创面愈合时间,达到良好的止血效果,使并发症发生率降低,并且有助于促进其宫颈微环境进一步改善。Objective To investigate the effect of pituitrin combined with watermelon frost spray on wound healing and hemostasis after cervical Loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)surgery.Methods 82 cases of patients who were underwent cervical LEEP surgery in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were collected,and randomly divided into two groups according to the computer digital table method.41 cases in the control group were treated with pituitrin in wound healing and hemostasis after operation,and 41 cases in the observation group were treated with pituitrin combined with watermelon frost spray.The wound healing,hemostatic effect,postoperative complications and cervical microenvironment were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the wound healing time and the duration of vaginal discharge were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of vaginal discharge was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the postoperative vaginal bleeding was less than that of the control group,and the duration of vaginal bleeding was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of complications was 4.88%,which was lower than 19.51%in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the levels of interferon gamma(IFN-gamma)and interleukin 2(IL-2)at 2 months after surgery were higher than that in the control group,and the interleukin 4(IL-4)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pituitrin combined with watermelon frost spray applied to patients after cervical LEEP can shorten the wound healing time,achieve a good hemostatic effect,reduce the incidence of complications,as well as help to promote the further improvement of their cervical microenvironment.
