摘　　要：抗生素耐药性是一个重要的公共卫生问题,本文明确了不同对象、不同领域中抗生素耐药性的定义和目前全球抗生素耐药性的现状。同时,综述了抗生素的耐药性机制和应对这一挑战的研究进展。Antibiotic resistance(AMR)is an important public health problem.This paper clarified the definition of AMR in different objects and fields and the current status of AMR in the world.At the same time,the mechanism of antibiotic resistance and the latest research progress to deal with this challenge are reviewed.
