摘  要:目的:研究尼古丁依赖男大学生运动习惯与认知功能的关系,探讨不同运动习惯尼古丁依赖男大学生肠道菌群及代谢物差异与认知功能之间的关联。方法:按照是否有运动习惯,将30名尼古丁依赖男大学生分为有运动习惯组(HE组)和无运动习惯组(n-HE组),使用斯滕伯格范式和Go/NoGo范式测量其工作记忆和抑制能力,利用高通量测序和非靶向代谢组技术分别对肠道菌群和肠道代谢物进行测定分析。结果:(1)HE组的工作记忆和抑制能力显著好于n-HE组(P<0.05)。(2)HE组肠道微生物中β-变形菌纲、丹毒丝菌纲、伯克氏菌目、产碱杆菌科和萨特氏菌属等丰度显著高于n-HE组(P<0.05),埃希氏菌属作为有害菌在n-HE组丰度高于HE组(P<0.05)。(3)代谢组学分析表明,HE组γ-氨基丁酸和乙酰胆碱含量显著高于n-HE组(P<0.05),n-HE组肌氨酸和鞘氨醇含量显著高于HE组(P<0.05)。(4)肠道菌群中产碱杆菌科与认知功能相关性非常显著(P<0.01),普雷沃氏菌科、拟杆菌科、孪生菌科等与认知功能呈显著负相关(P<0.05);代谢物中吡哌酸、吲哚与认知功能呈显著正相关(P<0.05),肌氨酸、京尼平、石碳酸等与认知功能呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:运动习惯改善尼古丁依赖男大学生的工作记忆和抑制能力,起到缓解尼古丁对认知功能损害的作用;肠道菌群和非靶向代谢的联合组学分析提示,肠道菌群及肠道代谢物参与运动改善尼古丁依赖男大学生认知功能的调节。Objective:To invtestigate the relationship between exercise habits and cognitive function of nicotine dependent male college students,and to explore the association between the differences of intestinal flora and metabolites and cognitive function in nicotine dependent male college students with different exercise habits.Methods:30 nicotine dependent male college students were divided into exercise habit group(HEgroup)and non-exercise habit group(n-HE group)according to their exercise habits.The work memory and inhibition ability were measured by Sternberg paradigm and Go/NoGo paradigm.The gutmicrobiota and gut metabolites were measured and analyzed by high-throughput sequencing and untargeted chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results:(1)The cognitive function and inhibition ability was better in HE group than that of n-HE group(P<0.05).(2)The abundance of Betaproteobacteria,Erysipelotrichia,Burkholderiales,Alcaligenaceae and Sutterella in HE group was significantly higher than that of n-HE group(P<0.05);as a kind of harmful gutmicrobiota,the abundance of Escherichia in n-HE group was higher than that of HE group(P<0.05).(3)In terms of metabolites,the content ofγ-aminobutyric acid and acetylcholine in HE group was significantly higher than that of n-HE group(P<0.05),and the content of sarcosine and sphingosine in n-HE group wassignificantly higher than those in HE group(P<0.05).(4)A positive correlation between Alcaligenaceaeand cognitive function was observed(P<0.01),and a negative correlation between Prevotellaceae,Bacteroidaceae and Gemellaceaeand cognitive function was detected(P<0.05);among the metabolites,pipemidicacid and indole were positively correlated with cognitive function(P<0.05),while sarcosine,genipin and carbolic acid were negatively correlated with cognitive function(P<0.05).Conclusions:Exercise can improve the work memory and inhibition ability of nicotine dependent male college students,that means it canalleviate the damage of cognitive function induced bynicotine.The combined omics analysis o
