摘　　要：抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体相关血管炎(anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies associated vasculitis,AAV)是一类自身免疫性疾病,可累及全身血管,从而导致各器官功能障碍。该病极易复发,且发病机制复杂。很多研究致力于探讨AAV的发病机制以寻求有效的治疗措施。该文总结了近几年AAV免疫机制的研究进展。Anti-neutrophilic cytoplasmic antibodies-associated vasculitis(AAV)is an autoimmune disease that affects blood vessels and systemic circulation thus leads to dysfunction of various organs.The disease is prone to relapse and its pathogenesis is complex.This review summarizes the recent advances in the pathogenesis of AAV and discusses current studies on the development of effective AAV treatment.
