摘 要:以触点与导电环接触的接触形式为研究对象,将触点和导电环的接触抽象为圆弧凹面与半球体接触的几何模型,结合深沟球轴承有关赫兹接触应力的公式,给出圆弧凹面与半球体接触的解析公式。基于Matlab设计了计算触点和导电环接触应力图形用户界面(GUI),通过有限元软件ANSYS WORKBENCH模拟仿真分析触点和导电环垂直接触状态下的接触应力分布。将有限元解与理论解进行对比,有限元分析结果有效验证了导电滑环触点静态接触解析公式的有效性,为接触形式后续有关研究提供了依据。Taking the contact form between the touch point and conductive ring as the research object, the contact between the touch point and the conductive ring is abstracted into the geometric model of the contact between the arc concave surface and the hemisphere, and the analytical formula for the contact between a circular arc concave surface and a hemisphere is given combining with the Hertzian contact stress formula of the deep groove ball bearing.Based on Matlab, this paper designs a graphical user interface(GUI) for calculating the contact stress of the touch point and the conductive ring, simulates and analyzes the contact stress distribution in the state of vertical contact between the touch point and conductive ring by the finite element software ANSYS WORKBENCH,compares the finite element solution with the theoretical solution.The finite element analysis results effectively verify the validity of analytical formula for the static contact of touch point of the conductive slip ring, and provides a basis for the follow-up research into contact form.
