摘　　要：目的探讨阑尾低级别黏液性肿瘤累及卵巢的超声表现。方法回顾性分析我院经手术病理证实的9例阑尾低级别黏液性肿瘤累及卵巢的临床资料及超声表现。结果阑尾低级别黏液性肿瘤累及卵巢,超声提示7例表现为囊性包块,2例表现为囊实性包块,均见多发分隔,部分囊腔透声不良,合并腹膜假性黏液瘤伴有黏液性腹水。结论对于盆腔多房囊性包块伴密集分隔,应考虑到阑尾来源的可能性,提高超声检查对阑尾低级别黏液性肿瘤的准确性。Objective To investigate the ultrasound characteristics of ovarian metastases from low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasms.Methods We retrospectively studied 9 cases of low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasm mimicking an ovarian lesion to analyze its ultrasonic features.Results Ovarian metastases from low-grade appendiceal mucinous neoplasms ultrasound showed that 8 cases showed cystic mass and 1 case showed cystic solid mass,with multiple separation,poor sound transmission of some cystic cavities.Conclusion For pelvic cystic mass with dense separation,the possibility of appendiceal origin should be considered,so as to improve the accuracy of ultrasonography for LAMNs.
