腹腔镜下肝左外叶切除术后患者快速康复护理的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复护理对腹腔镜下肝左外叶切除术后患者的应用效果。方法收集2017年9月至2021年3月锦州医科大学附属第一医院肝胆外科收治并经规范治疗的96例肝左外叶肿瘤患者的临床资料,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组49例,对照组47例,两组患者均由同一手术者实施腹腔镜肝左外叶切除。试验组术后采取快速康复护理,对照组术后采用常规护理措施,对比两组患者术后的肠道功能恢复时间、术后住院周期、各时间点疼痛评分及术后并发症的发生率分析两组术后的并发症发生情况。结果试验组患者术后的肠道功能恢复时间、术后住院时间以及个时间点疼痛评分均优于对照组,试验组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜下肝左外叶切除术后应用快速康复护理,能够缩短患者术后肠道恢复时间,缩短住院时间,减少并发症发生,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with laparoscopic left lateral hepatectomy.Methods From September 2017 to March 2021,clinical data of 96 patients with left lateral hepatic tumor who underwent standard treatment in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were collected,and they were randomly divided into experimental group(n=49)and control group(n=47).The same surgeon performed laparoscopic lateral hepatic lobectomy in both groups.The experimental group took rapid rehabilitation nursing after surgery,and the control group took routine nursing measures after surgery.The postoperative recovery time of intestinal function,postoperative hospital stay and pain score at each time point were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was analyzed.Results The postoperative recovery time of intestinal function,postoperative hospital stay and pain score at each time point of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing after laparoscopic left lateral hepatic lobectomy can shorten the postoperative intestinal recovery time,cut down the length of hospital stay,reduce the incidence of complications,and have clinical application value.
