试论房屋建筑工程施工管理与质量控制思路探析

摘　　要：新形势下,城市化进程在全面推进的同时,我国建筑行业也发生了翻天覆地的变化,建筑规模与施工水平不断提高。在房屋建筑施工过程中,施工管理与质量控制至关重要,对工程整体效果有直接影响。为保证房屋建筑工程施工作业顺利开展,应该加强对施工环节的把控,明确施工期间存在的管理与质量问题,依照施工具体情况制定管理措施,建立健全的质量控制机制,保证施工问题在有效规避的基础上,房屋建筑工程能朝着可持续的方向发展。Under the new situation,while the urbanization process is advancing in an all-round way,Chinese construction industry has also undergone earth shaking changes,and the construction scale and construction level are constantly improving.In the process of building construction,construction management and quality control are very important,which have a direct impact on the overall effect of the project.In order to ensure the smooth development of the construction of housing construction projects,we should strengthen the control of the construction links,clarify the management and quality problems during the construction period,formulate management measures according to the specific situation of the construction,establish a sound quality control mechanism,and ensure that the housing construction projects can develop in a sustainable direction on the basis of effective avoidance of construction problems.
