摘  要:通过分析我厂醋酸乙烯装置一塔馏出槽界面正常生产过程中测量出现的问题,对仪表的测量方式提出了改进方案,由差压液位计改换成导波雷达液位计。实践证明改造是成功的。笔者根据改造安装调试过程中遇到的问题,总结了几点应用体会。By analyzing the problems in the measurement of the interface of the first tower distillation tank in the vinyl acetate unit of our plant during the normal production process,an improved scheme for the measurement method of the instrument is proposed,which is to replace the differential pressure liquid level gauge with the guided wave radar liquid level gauge.Practice has proved that the transformation is successful.According to the problems encountered in the process of transformation,installation and commissioning,the author summarizes several application experiences.
