摘　　要：文章基于中国34个工业行业的中介效应模型检验了环境规制对工业经济高质量发展的影响路径与技术创新的中介效应。研究表明:环境规制对工业经济高质量发展的影响效应具有行业异质性;重污染行业存在显著的绿色直接效应与技术创新中介传导效应,中介效应占比达到46.58%;中度和轻度污染行业绿色直接效应不显著而中介传导效应显著,且中度污染行业中介传导作用小于环境规制对工业经济高质量发展的抑制作用。Based on the intermediary effect model of 34 industrial industries in China,this paper examines the impact path of environmental regulations on the high-quality development of the industrial economy and the intermediary effect of the technological innovation.The research shows that the impact effect of environmental regulations on the high-quality development of the industrial economy is industry-heterogeneous:there is a significant green direct effect and the intermediary effect of technological innovation in the heavily polluted industries,with the intermediary effect accounting for 46.58%;the green direct effect of moderately and slightly polluted industries is not significant,while the intermediary effect is significant,and the intermediary effect of moderately polluted industries is less than the inhibitory effect of environmental regulations on the high-quality development of the industrial economy.
