乡村振兴背景下中国城乡收入差距的演变及影响因素研究

摘　　要：乡村振兴背景下,研究城乡收入差距问题对于推动城乡均衡发展具有重要意义。本文综合利用城乡收入比、基尼系数、泰尔指数以及城乡收入差距综合指标对我国城乡收入差距进行研究,研究发现自十八大以来,从全国层面看,我国城乡收入差距不断改善,但仍存在区域上的异质性;基于城乡角度以及不同收入来源的分解结果显示,组间差距以及工资性收入仍是城乡收入差距的主要来源,但分区域分析表明,工资性收入、财产净收入和转移净收入均对城乡收入差距产生重要影响。在此基础上,结合已有研究成果,总结了影响我国城乡收入差距的主要因素,并基于灰色关联分析法发现,城乡收入差距与产业结构合理化、城镇化水平、金融发展效率之间的关联度较高,而与金融发展规模、经济发展、产业结构高级化之间的关联度相对较低;此外,城乡收入差距与各因素之间的灰色关联系数已经呈现下降趋势,因此要进一步加强经济发展、产业结构优化、城镇化发展对于农村的反哺,同时促进金融发展对乡村振兴的支持。In the context of rural revitalization,paying attention to the issue of urban-rural income disparity is of great significance for promoting the balanced development of urban and rural areas.This article comprehensively uses the urban-rural income ratio,Gini coefficient,Theil index and comprehensive indicators of urban-rural income gap to study the current situation of my country′s urban-rural income gap.It is found that since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,from the national level,the urban-rural income gap in my country has continued to improve;based on the urban-rural perspective and the decomposition of different sources of income shows that the gap between groups and wage income are still the main sources of the urban-rural income gap.However,sub-regional analysis shows that wage income,net property income and net transfer income all have an important impact on the urban-rural income gap.On this basis,combined with existing research,it summarizes the main factors affecting the income gap between urban and rural areas in my country,and based on the grey correlation analysis method,it is found that the urban-rural income gap is highly correlated with the rationalization of industrial structure,the level of urbanization,and the efficiency of financial development,And the degree of correlation with the scale of financial development,economic development,and advanced industrial structure is relatively low.In addition,the gray correlation coefficient between urban and rural income gap and various factors has shown a downward trend.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen economic development and industrial structure.Structural optimization and the development of urbanization provide back-feeding for rural areas,and at the same time promote financial development to support rural revitalization.
