摘 要:以某炼厂的渣油加工装置为研究对象,通过对加工能耗和碳排放情况进行分析,对比了以延迟焦化装置和渣油加氢装置的碳排放差异,研究结果表明:相较于延迟焦化工艺,渣油加氢工艺是较为理想的低碳技术;3种碳排放源中,蒸汽碳排放因子最高,分别为燃料气的3.11倍和电能的2.07倍,延迟焦化装置大量使用蒸汽是其总体碳排放量较高的主要原因;延迟焦化装置降低碳排放应从提高液相收率和减少公用工程消耗量两方面同时进行;而渣油加氢装置应更注重使用变频节电技术,该结论可为渣油加工装置碳减排提供指导。Taking the residual oil processing unit of a refinery as the research object,through the analysis of the processing energy consumption and carbon emission,the difference of carbon emission between the delayed coker and the residue hydrogenation unit is compared.The research results show that compared with the delayed coking process,the residue hydrogenation process is a more ideal low-carbon technology.Among the three carbon emission sources,the carbon emission factor of steam is the highest,which is 3.11 times that of fuel gas and 2.07 times that of electric energy respectively.The main reason for the high carbon emission of delayed coker is the large use of steam.In order to reduce carbon emission of delayed coker,it is necessary to improve the liquid yield and reduce the consumption of utilities.The residue hydrogenation unit should pay more attention to frequency conversion power saving technology.This conclusion can provide guidance for carbon emission reduction of residue hydrogenation unit.
