摘  要:采用不同胺和二硫化碳合成了几种二硫代氨基甲酸盐,根据红外光谱确认了几种二硫代氨基甲酸盐(以下简称DTC)的结构。在南海东部某油田通过现场评价,优选出3种清水效果良好的二硫代氨基甲酸盐DTC-1、DTC-4和DTC-7。现场应用结果表明:3种清水剂清水效果良好,在加药浓度同为10 mg/L的条件下,与在用清水剂相比,加注DTC-1时,生产分离器水出口污水含油量(以下简称OIW)从277 mg/L降至225 mg/L,外排水OIW从35 mg/L降至24 mg/L;加注DTC-4时,生产分离器水出口污水OIW从277 mg/L降至158 mg/L,外排水OIW从35 mg/L降至20 mg/L;加注DTC-7时,生产分离器水出口污水OIW从277 mg/L降至176 mg/L,外排水OIW从35 mg/L降至20 mg/L。此外,DTC-7对堵塞滤器副作用最小,有助于油田提液增产时油田污水高效处理。Several kinds of dithiocarbamates(DTC)flocculant was synthesized by different amine and CS2,the structure of which was characterized IR spectra.The performance evaluation of this DTC was investigated in one oilfield of South China Sea,the results showed that DTC-1,DTC-4 and DTC-7 owned best waste water treatment performance.After DTC-1's application,the OIW in outer separator site were decreased from average 277 mg/L to 225 mg/L,and the OIW in outer drainage site were decreased from average 35 mg/L to 24 mg/L.After DTC-4's application,the OIW in outer separator site were decreased from average 277 mg/L to 158 mg/L,and the OIW in outer drainage site were decreased from average 35 mg/L to 20 mg/L.After DTC-7's application,the OIW in outer separator site were decreased from average 277 mg/L to 176 mg/L,and the OIW in outer drainage site were decreased from average 35 mg/L to 20 mg/L.Furthermore DTC-7 showed least side effect on filter blockage,which was helpful for the high and stable waste water treatment.
