摘  要:为了解决隐形酸完井液在一定温度下易使套管、金属管线发生严重腐蚀(点蚀、均匀腐蚀),进而造成金属应力腐蚀开裂的问题,基于曼尼希反应原理,以二乙烯三胺、3-羟基苯甲醛、环己酮为原料合成一种新型曼尼希碱缓蚀剂ZD来保护处于隐形酸完井液中的金属设备。通过静态失重法以及电化学法评价缓蚀剂ZD的缓蚀性能,并探讨其缓蚀作用机理。实验结果表明,腐蚀介质为1%隐形酸HTA+6%KCl,加入2%缓蚀剂ZD后,使N80钢的腐蚀速率低于0.6 g/(m^(2)·h),其缓蚀率可高于94%。缓蚀剂ZD对N80钢的阳极溶解反应和阴极析氢反应均表现出显著的抑制作用,属于混合控制型缓蚀剂。由其配制的隐形酸完井液可有效疏通储层孔喉,具有优异的储层保护性能。In order to solve the problem that invisible acid completion fluid can easily cause severe corrosion such as pitting corrosion and uniform corrosion to casing and metal pipeline under certain temperature,and then cause metal stress corrosion cracking.Based on the principle of Mannich reaction,a new mannich base corrosion inhibitor ZD was synthesized with diethylenetriamine,3-hydroxybenzaldehyde and cyclohexanone as raw materials to protect metal equipment in invisible acid completion fluid.The corrosion inhibition performance of ZD was evaluated by static weight loss method and electrochemical method,and the mechanism of corrosion inhibition was discussed.The experimental results showed that the corrosion rate of N80 steel was lower than 0.6 g/(m2·h)and the corrosion inhibition rate was higher than 94%when the corrosion medium was 1%HTA+6%KCl and 2%ZD was added.The corrosion inhibitor ZD showed significant inhibition on the anodic dissolution reaction and cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction of N80 steel,which belonged to the mixed control type corrosion inhibitor.The invisible acid completion fluid,which was formulated with corrosion inhibitor ZD and other treatment agents,can effectively dredge pore throats and provide excellent reservoir protection.
