摘　　要：本文对硫酸法烷基化装置新酸泵检修后打量不足且运行电流高的原因进行分析,确定了新酸泵打量不足且运行电流高的主要原因,通过采取对泵壳内部腐蚀部位进行补焊加工修复、调整顶叶间隙等措施,达到了设备稳定运行满足生产所需的目的。By analyzing the reason of flowrate insufficient and high running current after examining and repairing in a new acid pump of alkylation device with sulfuric acid process,we determined the main reason of flowrate insufficient and high running current.Using the repair welding processing and adjusting the gap of top blades in the corrosive sites of pump case,the pump can operate stably and meet the production.
