微创挂线术治疗直肠肛周脓肿的效果

摘　　要：目的:评价直肠肛周脓肿患者运用微创挂线术治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月期间安阳市中医院接收治疗的直肠肛周脓肿患者50例为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组接受一期根治术治疗,观察组展开微创挂线术治疗,术后比较两组患者手术指标、临床疗效、疼痛程度数字评估量表(NRS)评分及日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分等。结果:观察组患者的手术时长、住院天数、手术出血量、创面愈合时间等指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在临床疗效方面,观察组患者的总有效率明显更高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组患者的NRS评分均下降,ADL评分均上升,且观察组NRS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:直肠肛周脓肿患者运用微创挂线术治疗,相对于一期根治术可以缩短治疗时间和患者康复时间,且能更有效地提高患者的日常生活能力,降低术后疼痛。Objective To evaluate the effect of minimally invasive hanging in the treatment of rectal perianal abscess.Methods 50 patients with rectal perianal abscess received from Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,which were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 25 cases each group.The control group received one-stage radical operation treatment,and the observation group underwent minimally invasive suture hanging treatment.The surgical index,clinical efficacy,pain measurement numeric rating scale(NRS)score and activities of daily living scale(ADL)score of the two groups were compared later.Results The operation duration,hospitalization days,surgical blood loss,wound healing time and other indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After surgery,NRS score decreased and ADL score increased in both groups,and NRS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while ADL score was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with one-stage radical operation treatment,minimally invasive suture hanging can shorten the treatment time and patient recovery time,and can more effectively improve the daily living ability of patients,and reduce postoperative pain.
